CYP in conjunction with our sponsor Anderson Lloyd Lawyers invite you to participate in this year's City2Surf on Sunday 23rd of March. The City2Surf is a fun running and walking event for the serious and the not so serious!! 

Once you have completed the run/walk you will find us at corporate site C6 at the finish line (just look out for the CYP and Anderson Lloyd flags). Anderson Lloyd has geneously offered to put on refreshments and there will also be a BBQ manned by our CYP exec members.

The City2Surf is either a 14km run or walk (starting at 9am at Pioneer Stadium's Centennial Park) or a 6km option (starting at 10am at Opawa School) and both finish at the Ferrymead Playing Fields.

Registration is only $15.00 and can be purchased at Pak'n'Save, New World, Snap Fitness, Smiths City, online at or on the day until 8.45am.

To help with getting to and from the event the City2Surf organisers are providing special buses. If you wish to leave your car at the finish, it is suggested that you park your car in the designated car parking at Ferrymead Playing Fields and catch the bus to the starting locations (departing at 8am and 8:15am for the 14km 9am start and from 9am for the 6km 10am start). If you wish to leave your car at the start you can catch a bus from Ferrymead back to the start after the event. The bus service is $5.00 and can be pre purchased online or cash on the day.

You are welcome to leave your belongings at the CYP / Anderson Lloyd Lawyers tent as it will be attended to for the duration of the event. Alternatively the City2Surf organisers provide a clothing truck service which will transport your gear to the finish for collection
