Home ownership is the Kiwi dream that many of us may be contemplating in the near future. As this is likely to be one of the biggest investments that you will ever make, it is worthwhile spending the time to plan and understand what is required to ensure that you end up with the keys to the home of your dreams. 

Come and hear from three professionals in the legal, financial and valuation industries who will all bring their specialist knowledge to assist with your property purchase. 

Andrew Orme is a lawyer at Anderson Lloyd who will discuss the legal steps to property purchase and how to ensure that your purchase is as smooth as possible. Warren Oliver is a lending manager at ASB who will share his tips about what lenders are looking for and what is required in order to finance your purchase. We will also hear from Terry Naylor and Vic Elvidge who are registered valuers at FordBaker Valuation about their insights into the steps that you should take to ensure that you really are acquiring a property that is worth the hard earned money you paid for it.
