At Canterbury Young Professionals we are ALL about building connections, whether that means meeting new friends or making useful contacts, and there's no better way to do that than with our speed networking event.

The clue for this one is very much in the name - we rotate you round every few minutes, so it's great way to practise your networking skills, meet new people, and build relationships within the CYP network. We'll also be providing nibbles on the night and the bar is available to purchase drinks to ease those social jitters!

Come join us at The Canterbury Club from 6.00pm on Thursday 19th May for what's sure to be a fun evening.

The Canterbury Club was established in 1872 by a group of twenty prominent Christchurch businessmen as a venue for gentlemen to meet, discuss business affairs and socialise. The club quickly became more than a meeting place, providing its members with a strong sense of fellowship and community and a haven from the pressures of professional life.

Today the Canterbury Club maintains a welcoming feeling of relaxed privacy for Christchurch men and women from civic, professional and business circles. We have a diverse and growing membership and pride ourselves on our warm and inclusive environment.

This event is free for members, but you'll still need to register for a members ticket on our website, tickets for non-members are $15.

This event almost always sells out, so make sure you get in quick if you want to be involved!
