CYP Wellness at Work

As young professionals it can be all too easy to feel like you should have your life all figured out, and become overwhelmed when that's not the case. Often there are moments where it seems like everyone you know is being promoted, or travelling the world, or getting engaged, and you're still trying to figure out how to adult. That's why, for our next event, we'll be focusing on wellness, and how to develop yourself and your skills so that you can be your best self at work.
Come along to hear insights from the following speakers:
Kotte (of Yoga by Kotte), who will be sharing her tips on self-care and self-compassion in the workplace;
Michaela Blacklock, GM of the Canterbury Employers Chamber of Commerce, on the importance of developing a 21st century skillset to prepare for the future of work, and what young professionals can do now to plan their development journey;
Jean Barr, Governance NZ, on developing leadership skills, becoming involved in the local community and using your skillset on committees and boards.
Join us at KPMG (Level 5, 79 Cashel Street) from 6pm on Tuesday 23 July for pizza and drinks, with our first speaker at 6.30pm.
Tickets are free for our members, but you'll need to RSVP on our website and spaces are limited. Tickets for non-members are $10.
